Payments

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment may result in the forfeiture of your session fee.
Provider Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds
General Policy: Services provided by CatherineLadson.com are considered final sales. Refunds for completed sessions are generally not offered. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Unused Packages: For clients who have purchased a package of sessions and wish to cancel unused sessions, a refund for the remaining sessions may be available. The refund amount will be calculated based on the standard rate for the used sessions minus the total package cost.
